The Cowboy Artists of America celebrated their 40th anniversary by congregating at the Oak Creek Tavern as the CAA founders did in 1965. Founding member Joe Beeler joined John Moyers, Bill Owen, Fred Fellows, Wayne Baize, John Coleman and Steve Todd in the same corner of the tavern (now the Cowboy Club) where the CAA was formed 40 years prior.
