Clark Kelley Price, artist, was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho in 1945. As a child he loved to draw and even his earliest artistic efforts told stories.

His parents Rex T. and Kathryn E. Price recognized his talent and encouraged him to use it.

	Brands are the historical and time-honored means of identification in the West. There was wide-spread usage of brands across the West well before the turn of the century. The CA brand is consistent with the heritage of the West. Each of the members of the CAA has an actual branding iron that that could be used as any other branding iron is used. Only members of the Cowboy Artists of America are allowed to use the CA symbol when they sign their work. The logo and brand are copyright protected and serve as the identifying mark of the members of this prestigious group. Look for the distinguishing mark on the artwork created by members of the CAA. It truly is, The Brand of Distinction.
